Register Role
In the Traxbean positioning management system, users can establish multi-level sub-departments for their managed branches and set a management user for each sub-department. The management users in this system are divided into two types: administrators and restricted users. Administrators can manage all targets and devices in their respective sub-departments, while restricted users can only manage the targets and devices assigned to them. Just like how the warden of each prison can view information on all inmates in that prison, while prison guards can only view information on the inmates under their jurisdiction.

Register a sub-department. You can configure various parameters for this sub-department, such as the center coordinates for displaying the map, the time zone used for displaying time in this sub-department, and the optional languages for the system.
2. You can register roles for new accounts.
3. You can clone existing roles and make modifications.
Set the name of the role.
Set department access permissions for each role and define which departments the role has management permissions for. Set the role's department access permissions to cover which departments, and then use the account of this role to manage which departments.
You can set menu access permissions for roles. The menu permissions selected on the left are valid for all departments selected on the right.
Register a new account for the sub-department as its administrator.
You can register restricted type users for sub-departments. Unlike administrator types, restricted users can only manage the targets and devices assigned to them.
The menu access permissions for characters and department access permissions determine which departments and functions restricted users can use.
Transfer some of the goals to the sub-department. Restricted users can only manage goals that belong to their own department.
Assign some targets to restricted users. Find the restricted users, click "Assign", and then select a target from the list. The target is a controlled individual, and the wearable device they wear will automatically report location, health, and alarm data to the system. Restricted users can view and manage the data of the specified target.
Transfer some devices to the sub-department. Restricted users in the sub-department can only manage devices belonging to their own department.
By logging in as a restricted user, you can view the assigned devices and targets.
View the list of devices under restricted users.
View the target list under restricted users. Select a target, click "Overview" to view specific data, and access the management function.

Guideline of register a sub dept and user:
1. Log in to the system with your account.
2. Go to the "Settings" section.
3. Click on "Sub Dept and User Registration".
4. Fill in the required information for the sub department and user.
