ThinkRace's smart watches usually come with a 1-year warranty. Customers can extend the warranty period by paying an additional fee, typically 10% of the product price as an annual extended warranty fee. This warranty policy provides customers with a quality guarantee and peace of mind for a certain period of time. Specific warranty terms and conditions may vary depending on the product and contract, so it is recommended to contact a sales consultant for detailed warranty information.

How long does it take to deliver after placing an order?
According to your needs, ThinkRace's delivery time is as follows:
Sample testing: If you only need a small amount of samples for testing, we usually ship them within one week after you place the order.
Standard Products: For standard products produced according to orders, our production cycle is generally 30 days.
Large orders or custom products: If your order quantity exceeds 3000 units, or the product requires some customization, we need additional time to assess the specific time required for customization. Your sales consultant will communicate and evaluate with the factory, and will then reply with the exact delivery time.
Please note that these times are estimates based on our production capacity and logistics arrangements, and actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as raw material supply, production scheduling, and logistics arrangements. To ensure that your order is delivered on time, we recommend that you communicate with your sales consultant in advance so that we can better coordinate production and logistics resources.

How is the shipping cost of the product I ordered calculated?
The shipping cost calculation method of ThinkRace is as follows:
Shipping method: The vast majority of orders are shipped by air, with a global delivery time usually within 10 days.
Customer cooperation logistics: If you have a cooperative logistics company, we will deliver within the promised delivery period (usually within 3 days), but the intermediate transfer link is not controlled by us.
Shipping cost estimate: The following shipping prices are based on bulk transportation estimates, and the cost of sample transportation may be higher.
- USA/Canada: $5/unit
- South America: $6-8/unit
- Middle East, Europe: $5/unit
- Africa: $6-8/unit
- Central Asia: $6-8/unit
- Southeast Asia: $4-5/unit
Please note that these shipping estimates may vary depending on the actual shipping distance, the shipping company's fee standards, the weight and volume of the goods, and the destination. To obtain an accurate shipping quote, we recommend that you contact a sales consultant before placing an order, provide detailed shipping information so that we can provide the most accurate shipping quote. At the same time, you may also consider whether to purchase shipping insurance to safeguard against potential risks during the transportation process.
Can ThinkRace promise to sell spare parts for 3 years or even longer?
Due to the rapid technological updates in the electronics industry, the chips, antennas, screens, and electronic components of our products come from different suppliers. Many companies do not keep their product lines at low versions for a long time. In order to ensure that our customers have spare parts for product maintenance for a long time after ordering our products, we will prepare a certain amount of inventory in advance. We can provide 3 years of spare parts for most orders, and for some large government orders, through negotiation and certain commercial terms, the spare parts cycle can be extended to 5 years.
